SUBJECT: How to Submit Your Project for Sale in The Country Gospel Store

Directions to submit your project for sale on the Country Gospel Store:

1. All music sold in the Country Gospel Store MUST BE commercial (ready for radio airplay which includes being "in tune" and good production). All projects must be submitted to a committee for audition before being accepted for inclusion in the store. Mail your project to:

    We are also accepting sound tracks, books, teaching CD series and other music/ministry related items sold by the artists. Each item must also be approved before it can be accepted for inclusion.

2. Once accepted, send your check for $35 per CD project or other item, made payable to Country Gospel Store, to:

    Or you can pay your $35 per CD project or other item using PAYPAL.

    You must submit a separate payment for each item that you are submitting for sale in the Country Gospel Store (i.e., our CD project "Family Tradition" is one project for $35. Our CD project "Spirit & Truth" is another project for $35. Our book, "Letting Go" is another project for $35. You only pay the $35 set up fee/per item ONE TIME.. It is good for the life of the project (until you no longer want to offer it for sale).

    Once you have submitted payment using PAYPAL, please send us an email (cgc_hopestreet@alltel.net) outlining each item for which you have paid. Then send us 5 copies of each project for us to stock in inventory. We also need your picture and bio with your project package. Mail your package to:

    You set the selling price on each item, remembering that the Country Gospel Store keeps $4 for shipping and handling from each CD or sound track that is sold. For other items (books, teaching CDs, etc.) we keep for 27% of your selling price for shipping and handling.

    Once you have sold three (3) pieces from any one item, we will send you a check. At this point we will also ask that you re-supply us with three (3) additional copies/pieces of that item to re-stock your inventory supply.
